1. Information we may collect from you
We collect and store information about you to provide the goods and services you have requested, to administer your account and, if you agree, to communicate with you about other products and services.
This information is collected when we complete a new customer form and when we process an order. Such information will include your name, address and contact details.
We will also retain details of transactions you carry out with us via an invoice, the fulfilment of your orders, your choice of the services we provide and of the various options in relation to them.
We may collect information about your computer including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and technical support. We may also collect, with your express consent, login details (usernames and passwords) to enable us to support you.
2. What do we use your information for?
We use information held about you in the following ways:

to fulfil your order (e.g. to register a software licence in your name or to solve a technical issue)

4. Access to information
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email Privacy@I-T-Ltd.co.uk. We may make a small charge for this service. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
