​We shall comply with our obligations under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation, as amended from time to time.


1. Information we may collect from you


We collect and store information about you to provide the goods and services you have requested, to administer your account and, if you agree, to communicate with you about other products and services.

This information is collected when we complete a new customer form and when we process an order. Such information will include your name, address and contact details.

We will also retain details of transactions you carry out with us via an invoice, the fulfilment of your orders, your choice of the services we provide and of the various options in relation to them.

We may collect information about your computer including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and technical support. We may also collect, with your express consent, login details (usernames and passwords) to enable us to support you.

2. What do we use your information for?


We use information held about you in the following ways:

  1. to fulfil your order (e.g. to register a software licence in your name or to solve a technical issue)

  2. to communicate with you about your access to, or use of, our Services;

  3. to issue invoices to you and/or process Subscription payments from you;

  4. to notify you about changes to our Services, terms and conditions or policies;
