Please call 0844 310 3311. 2. If you are not on a support plan then you will need to purchase either Adhoc support or enter into a business support plan.  For pricing, please ask. 3. One of our staff will give you a Connection number which you will need to type in the Get Support area on the right and choose “Connect Now”. 4. A support representative will join you in a chat session on your computer or if you prefer you can stay on the phone either way you will be able to discuss your issues and ask any questions in line with your support agreement. 5. Should the support representative need to view your screen, they will send a Remote Control Request.
